Sharon McCabe, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in general medical dermatology with a strong focus on patient education, skin cancer prevention, acne management, and procedural dermatology. She has a strong interest in cosmetic dermatology and is passionate about expanding her knowledge across a broad spectrum of dermatologic care. Currently, she is working alongside Dr. Adelman to research and develop B.O.S. (Based on Science) protocols for the treatment of common dermatologic conditions.

Sharon was drawn to dermatology for its unique combination of medicine, procedural skill, and aesthetics. She appreciates the opportunity to care for both acute and chronic skin conditions while supporting patients in feeling confident and healthy in their skin.

Her approach to patient care is collaborative and centered around open communication. She believes that every patient deserves to feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey. Sharon finds great reward in building trust with her patients and considers it a privilege to be part of their long-term care.

Sharon is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is fluent in English and is currently refreshing her Spanish skills and learning Thai.

Outside of the clinic, Sharon enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her golden retriever, Sadie. She also values quality time with friends and family and loves exploring new places whenever possible.
